DIY Seed Bombs Video

I wanted to do a fun craft for Easter and Spring.  I feel like Spring is a great time for new beginnings and renewal of old projects.  I’ve been very curious about both seed bombs and banners so recycling some paper scrapes I decided to combine the two.

As a sustainable artist some times I use unconventional packaging to ship orders. I use food packaging and paper grocery bags most. When shipping is light and does not require a heavy duty box I use cereal, or cracker box wrapped in brown paper. I use paper and plastic bags to protect fragile items. Further, I reuse any and all peanuts, plastic, Styrofoam, boxes and envelopes. This helps keep shipping cost low, interesting and recycled.

I keep my small collections in order with egg cartons. It is a free and easy way to separate buttons, jewelry and other small items. Further they can be stacked and labeled. You can also remove the tops and sit crates one on the other. Hope this helps you get organized and go green.
