Rethink Dinner
I grew up in a household that wrapped every meal around meat: meat, a veggie and a starch. Rethinking dinner to be tasty above all else makes options simple and less meat intensive. Eating meat has countless benifits your choice could be diet, health, environmental and political. In order to make everybody happy I say it should have good fresh ingredients and taste great! I h...

Green Garden
My yard has been a disaster so I am giving it lots of attention to bring it back to life. I am interested in a more care free livable approach. I want to correct some ongoing issues and enjoy every area of the garden.
I’ll start with list of wants and see how everything works out.

Better Service Good for Everyone
If you have a regular restaurant that you frequent there are a few steps to make your experience better. Servers get paid 2.13 an hour in Texas so tip are a huge incentive as is being treated with respect.
Be sincere with your greetings. Learn a name or two or giving people basic respect when being seated and ordering. Not talking on the phone and not being submissive would be great.
Be nice, and have patience. Everyday is ...

Give a Little
I’m a strong believer in giving. I think if everyone can find a cause to help the world would be much better off. I am so lucky to have a wonderful giving family so I really love to help les fortunate women and their families. Enchanted Makeovers is one of those special groups that could use some love. They are doing great things to help their community and we can help.

Grow Your Community
Communities thrive when there is an active commerce. What does that mean? Shops open, lights stay on, taxes get paid and services go up. Track your last ten major purchases. Have you failed your community? The internet has made our lives easier but sometimes it’s smart to buy local.
Poor Purchases
Battery for my Smart Phone. I purchased a battery on line that ...

Family Bonding Time
We had some serious family bonding over spring break. The kids were with my family, I had me time and being a couple for a change was great. Though I enjoyed my alone time and the dinners with my hubby I really missed my boys. Things were too quiet when they are away. I did a quick pick up and instant reuniting over a game. My arm is super sore from playing a gladiator game on the PSP3. It was a little aggressive but lots of fun. I rocked ...

Shop close to home
Every online deal is not a deal. For example, I wanted to save money but I had waited 7 days for a cheap online battery that did not work. I’m still waiting for a refund from a state side address that delivered from China. My local Batteries Plus shop owner told me how to save my battery life and would have saved me time if I h...
